  1. Hi Charlie. Have seen two real general stores on our trip one in Creagerstown MD and one in Doswell VA called Squashapenny general store. 1,000 of old items in a real store setting. Fantastic. Store owned by Mrs. Susanne. The store in Creagerstown I bought a wood table top two shelf store display from Ivins sons Biscuit. It was a folding display. They had a wire display from Maryland biscuit Co. and two from Sunshine. The had cardboard Q’s from Murrey, Maryland, and Sunshine, and generic unmarked. I bought the United States Baking Co. I bought a Bungalow wafers “take home tin” that I did not have. PA and VA and TENN are chock full of old general store locations. Too many stores not enough time. I am selling off all my Sunshine items. Have met two biscuit Co. families selling brass fronts on ebay. One from JUNGE BISCUIT CO in Joplin and the other, R-B biscuit Co in Cleveland. Tomorrow going to the antique mile in PA between Ephrata and Adamstown. 19 shops and malls. and two shows and one auction. WOOPPEE!!!!! then on to Brimfield to see the greatest antique flea market on earth. Robert.
